Herbals
Herbals are the most ancient form of medicine. The world's oldest recorded healing system is Ayurveda (India). It has been in continuous use for more than 6,000 years. Traditional Chinese medicine has been in use for at least 5,000 years. Both healing systems use herbs extensively.

Some of the most well-known Ayurvedic herbs/spices are coriander, cumin, fennel, turmeric, licorice root, and cardamom. In Chinese medicine, commonly known herbs are ginger, ginkgo biloba, cinnamon, and ginseng.

Herbals have many healing benefits and show us that God provided everything we need for our health in nature.
