Dandelion Sun Tea

ree

If you have dandelions all around you, don't mow them down! Pick the flowers and make a super healthy tea.

Fill a gallon-size glass pitcher with the yellow flower of the dandelions. Fill the pitcher with water. Set it in the sun for a few hours. The water will change to a light yellow/brown.

If you want your tea sweet, you can add sweetener to the pitcher or the individual cup. I recommend something real, like honey, raw sugar, or real maple syrup. Bleached, white sugar is poison. Avoid with your life...for your life.
