
Chamomile

Chamomile has been used for many years for the common cold, flu, and bronchitis. But, there are many other benefits of using chamomile, including relief from indigestion and anxiety. It is mild enough even babies can benefit from it.
Caution
Do not use if you are allergic to the daisy (Asteraceae) family.
Avoid using an infusion of chamomile near the eyes.
