Cranberries and apple cider vinegar are known for their individual health benefits. Both are known to help with weight loss by regulating blood sugar, easing digestive complaints, and promoting cellular health by reducing oxidative stress.
Incorporating cranberries and ACV into your life on a daily basis, can result in weight loss and improved overall health.

Here's what to do:
1 tbsp cranberry juice, unsweetened and organic
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, raw, unfiltered, and organic
3/4 cup water
1 tsp of organic maple syrup or raw, unfiltered honey, if desired
Stir together and drink before meals and at bedtime.
