Ashwagandha Cocoa

As if hot cocoa isn't soothing enough, adding ashwagandha to your cup takes relaxation to a whole new level.

1 tsp Ashwagandha powder
1 tbsp organic cocoa
1 cup of milk (raw milk is best)
1 tsp of sweetener
Cinnamon to taste, if desired
Over low heat, add milk, ashwagandha, cocoa, and sweetener. Whisk mixture until warm and fully incorporated. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
