Mullein Tea

Mullein is excellent for respiratory problems, such as dry, hacking cough, bronchial congestion, and asthma. Sipping this warm tea can ease symptoms and help the body recover from respiratory illness.

Here's how to make it:
2 tbsp of fresh or dried mullein leaves
2 cups of water
Honey or your favorite sweetener, to taste
Bring the water to a boil. Add the mullein leaves and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes. Strain the tea. Add sweetener, if desired. Enjoy!
