Updated: Sep 29

Turmeric is a spice that is known for its anti-inflammatory benefits. It is often used in food, as a daily supplement, topical paste, and as a tea. Using it in warm milk creates Golden Milk, which has been used for centuries to help with inflammation, digestive issues, common cold (due to it's antioxidant benefits), and even sleep.
